Slow Down & Recharge Sessions

Slow Down and Recharge is a monthly Saturday morning space for women - step out of the pace of everyday life and take some time that’s actually yours.

Because life is full. The juggle is real. And most of the time, we just keep going. This is your opportunity to pause.

Over our 90 minutes together , you’ll can expect:

Steady, grounding movement practice
Guided meditation and breathing
Deep rest (yoga nidra) with cosy blankets and eye bags

Nothing complicated, no experience of anything is needed — this is space for you to ease your body, settle your mind and let yourself properly rest.

It’s a chance to ease some of the tension you’ve been carrying, to take the pressure off for a bit, and to give your body and mind a proper reset.

No pressure. No expectations.
Just space, support, and time for yourself.

You’ll likely leave feeling calmer, clearer, and a bit more like yourself again.

Event Information

Slow Down Sessions take place monthly on Saturdays 9.30-11am at my fully equipped garden yoga studio in Winchmore Hill, N21.

Each session is £24 pp and includes use of mats and props (you are welcome to bring your own). Sessions are for women.
