Remote Birth Doula Services
Not everyone needs, or wants, in-person doula support during birth. Or perhaps you would like me as your doula but live further afield. I can be a doula in your pocket! Many people value having someone experienced alongside them — someone to listen, guide and offer reassurance along the way. It can also be incredibly reassuring for your birth partner. During labour it’s very common for partners to wonder things like “Is this labour starting?”, “Is this normal?” or “Should we think about going to hospital now?”. Having someone experienced at the end of the phone can help you both navigate those moments with more confidence and calm.
As a yoga teacher and doula, I have spent many years supporting pregnant and birthing people through pregnancy, labour and the transition into early parenthood. Much of my work focuses on helping people feel calm, informed and connected to their bodies — something that can be just as valuable remotely as it is in person. Your journey through pregnancy and birth is unique. My role is to meet you where you are — offering guidance, reassurance and practical tools such as breathwork, grounding and positioning support, while always respecting your wishes, choices and autonomy.
