Time to Breathe

Our breath is a constant monitor of the body and mind, yet how often to we tune in and listen to it? The more we can understand the breath, the more we can utilise it to benefit our everyday living. In this workshop we will consider:

  • How we breathe

  • Ways to breathe more effectively

  • Breath techniques for real life - stress, anxiety, fatigue

We will incorporate breath within a movement practice and explore how breath and yoga can make perfect partners to help us to find inner calm. We will explore a guided breath practice to consciously down regulate the nervous system and invite deep rest for the body and mind.

The workshop is suitable for all students including those new to yoga, however is not suitable for pregnant women.

The workshop will conclude with time for tea and discussion, coming to a close at 11.15am.

  • This workshop will be limited to 6 students to allow for personal guidance

  • £30.00 per person
