This is an explorative workshop, using a powerful combination of body and mind techniques. You will have the opportunity to stop, connect with yourself, and start to appreciate what it means to be YOU.

January Workshop: A New Year's Resolution
 

Is there something you want to achieve this year, but know there are limiting beliefs or habits that could get in your way?

Our January workshop will give you the opportunity to discover why you have set your goal, and get yourself into the ideal physical and mental state to start you on your journey. You'll discuss your goals and get to know what really fuels you, enjoy an empowering yoga practice, and experience a group hypnotherapy session. Combined, these will leave you feeling inspired, connected to yourself and ready to achieve what you want from the year ahead. 

As a New Year's gift, all attendees of this workshop will also receive a free relaxation hypnosis recording to enjoy at home after the session, as well as a discounted private yoga class.

The practical info:
 

Eligibility:  Hypyoga workshops are exclusively for women - all ages are warmly welcome.

Yoga experience: Our workshops are open to all abilities and experiences, so don't worry if you are new to yoga.

What to bring: All mats and props will be provided - if you wish to use your own mat that's completely fine, just let us know.Please bring some water with you. 

What to wear:  Something comfortable - leggings and a t-shirt or top is a suggestion. Please bring a jumper and socks for the relaxation elements.
