This workshop is aimed at students with an existing yoga practice. We will explore some key poses in depth, and look at how we can use breath and subtle physical changes to strengthen and develop our practice.
What can I expect?
A 1 hour 45 minute workshop , which will include:
A strong, flowing yoga practice to warm and energise the body
A deep dive into inversions (including headstand, shoulderstand and wheel)
A slow, restorative cool down and guided relaxation
This workshop will be limited to 8 students to allow for personal guidance
