Calling all new(ish) mothers! Tired? Stressed? Desperate for some you time? I hear you. This 90 minute workshop will be filled with what you need to feel nourished. We will move through some flowing yoga, taking time to explore the pelvic floor and core areas of the body. This will be followed by a slow, restorative practice and a guided meditation with blankets and eye bags. And if you fall asleep, I know my job is done!
What can I expect?
A 90 minute workshop during which we will:
Move through a flowing breath focused yoga practice
Consider ways in which we can strengthen our pelvic floor and core regions
Experience a guided relaxation in a warm and cosy environment
This workshop will be limited to 6 students
