Calling all new(ish) mothers! This 90 minute workshop is focused on you mamas. We will move through some flowing yoga, taking time to explore the pelvic floor and core areas of the body. This will be followed by a slow, restorative practice and a guided meditation with blankets and eye bags.

This workshop is aimed at students with an existing yoga practice. We will explore some inversion poses in depth, and look at how we can use breath and subtle physical changes to strengthen and develop our practice.
