Company yoga classes are centred around mindfulness and focus - setting people up for the day or helping them to wind down in the evening.
What can I expect?
A strengthening vinyasa flow class, which aids in concentration and is a great form of exercise, as well as some breathing / meditation work using techniques that assist with stress management and well being. This combination aids productivity and brings real benefit to the working day.
Classes are suitable for beginners and regular yogis alike, and open to all ages and abilities.
When and Where?
Classes can take place anywhere we have a bit of floor space! Mats can be provided on request, and classes can be held for 6-15 people. Many companies like to offer classes directly before or after working hours, or during lunch times, and can be 45 - 60 minutes in length.
