Beginners Yoga Course - 5 weeks
If you are new to yoga, or want to revisit the foundations of a yoga practice, this beginners course is ideal for you. Across 5 weeks, the course will introduce you to yoga poses and sequences, the role of breath and basic yoga philosophy. Upon completion of the course, you will have the confidence and knowledge to continue developing your yoga practice at group classes or at home.
What can I expect?
Each course is limited to 5 students to ensure personal guidance and attention. The course is made up of 5 x 75 minute classes, during which we will cover:
Standing and seated poses
Twists and backbends
The relationship of movement with breath
Sequences for everyday: sun salutations
Bringing yoga into your everyday life
When and Where?
Time: Monday evenings 7.45pm - 8.45pm
